2. Contact by phone and e-mail

When you call us or send an e-mail, we process the data you give us, mainly your name, phone number or e-mail address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and arrange the requested care. Providing them is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.

The legal basis is handling your request before providing a service under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request, unless law or the protection of legal claims requires longer retention.

3. Visiting the website

On every visit, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data: IP address, time of the request, the page visited and browser details. These logs serve the secure and reliable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The website uses no analytics or marketing tools and stores no cookies on your device itself.

4. Google map

The map in the Contact section loads only after you click Show map. Only then does your browser connect to Google servers. Google processes mainly your IP address and browser details and may store cookies under its own policies. Without the click, nothing is sent to Google.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by the click. It applies only to that visit of the page. The address and the directions link work without the map.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be accessible to the website hosting provider (WebSupport s.r.o.) and the provider of the clinic's mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Gmail). After you load the map, Google Ireland Limited receives data as well. These providers process data under their own terms.

Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Such a transfer relies on a GDPR mechanism, for example an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests by e-mail or call us; contact details are in section 1. You may also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Cookies and policy changes

Details about cookies are in the cookie policy. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. If the website ever starts measuring traffic, we will ask for your consent first. The current version is always published here.
