Services

How we can help

We focus mainly on dogs and cats. We also vaccinate rabbits and neuter rabbits and ferrets.

  1. Orthopaedics and orthopaedic surgery

A vet in gloves flexes a dog's hind leg to test the joint's range of motion

We examine and treat orthopaedic conditions in dogs and cats. With digital X-ray we diagnose, for example, hip and elbow dysplasia and then recommend further, supportive treatment based on the findings.

    • Diagnosis of hip and elbow dysplasia
    • Surgical treatment of fractures
    • Treatment of cranial cruciate ligament rupture in dogs
    • Treatment of patellar luxation (dislocated kneecap)
  2. Internal medicine

A vet in gloves palpates the abdomen of a dog standing on the examination table

We diagnose and treat diseases of the respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive systems. We also examine skin diseases, allergies and hormonal disorders.

Thanks to the analysers in our clinic, many blood test results are available within minutes. When we suspect an infectious disease, we run antigen and PCR tests on site.

  3. Diagnostic imaging

We have a digital X-ray unit and an ultrasound scanner in the clinic. With ultrasound we examine the abdominal organs.

Echocardiography, an ultrasound examination of the heart, is carried out in cooperation with an external cardiologist.

  4. Laboratory diagnostics

    Laboratory analysers on the worktop

Complete blood biochemistry and haematology results are ready within minutes. On site we also measure inflammatory markers, thyroid and kidney values, and progesterone to find the right time for mating your female dog.

Our PCR analyser detects the pathogens behind diarrhoeal and respiratory diseases and tick-borne infections.

  5. Endoscopy

A flexible endoscope on a stainless steel table, an equipment tower with a monitor behind it

We perform basic endoscopic examinations of the stomach, large intestine and nasal cavities. An endoscope is a thin instrument with a camera.

In chronic digestive problems we take tissue samples during the examination. We also use the endoscope to remove foreign bodies from the digestive tract, and grass awns and other foreign bodies from the nasal cavities.

  6. Soft tissue surgery

We perform planned and emergency operations. Planned procedures include neutering and spaying of dogs, cats, rabbits and ferrets.

We also operate on emergencies such as gastric or splenic torsion, foreign bodies in the digestive tract and injuries after road accidents. All operations take place in our own operating theatre under inhalation anaesthesia with monitoring of vital functions.

  7. Dentistry

A vet lifts a dog's lip to look at its teeth

We examine and treat the teeth of dogs and cats. We remove dental deposits, polish the teeth and extract teeth when necessary. For treatment we use a veterinary dental unit.

  8. Veterinary physiotherapy

A dog's paw held in gloved hands

Physiotherapy helps dogs and cats regain mobility after injuries and operations. It relieves pain, strengthens muscles and improves movement. We work gently and adapt the therapy to each animal.

  9. Prevention and vaccination

A vet examines a dog's ear with an otoscope

We vaccinate dogs, cats and rabbits and protect animals against internal and external parasites. At a preventive check-up we monitor weight and, on request, also examine blood (blood count and biochemistry), urine and faeces for parasites.

We microchip with certified microchips and issue pet passports for travel abroad. We also take care of claws and anal glands.
